Virtual Smart Agent is a breakthrough technology that lets you have an automated computer "agent" to answer questions and "save lost sales" on your website.

While the software isn't expensive it does take skill to set up and also to write all the appropriate responses to common questions.  The agent you'll meet here isn't particularly smart but we think she's engaging anyway because interacting with her is a novelty and she does actually answer questions in a general way.

Try chatting with her.  Some people like her, others don't, but in general she seems to increase sales.  It's certainly possible to piss customers off by having the agent offer a low-ball bargain on the product if they click away - they get offended that you were going to sell it to them for full price and then lowered it when you tried to leave.  Definitely a low-class trick in my opinion.  The better approach is to have the agent offer something similar, with less value, and cheaper.

the button to leave this page the Agent will pop up and talk to you.

She can be made to make sounds, like, "Hey, wait!"  but personally I find such begging super-annoying.  It may be appropriate for some types of products though.

I have her programmed to show you a couple of money-making courses I sell.  You can check them out or not - both are excellent.
